Welcome to The Samajh, a non-governmental organization dedicated to various social causes. By accessing and using our website, www.thesamajh.in, or our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Verification Process

a. Individuals, including students, volunteers, beneficiaries, partners, members, employees, advisors, and teachers, who wish to join The Samajh through our portal must undergo a verification process conducted by our organization.
b. Being a part of our portal does not automatically imply acceptance into The Samajh. Only individuals who have successfully completed the verification process will be considered a part of our team.

2. Remuneration and Benefits

a. The Samajh does not provide any form of salary, PF, medical facilities, or other benefits to its members, except for employees who will receive remuneration for their work.
b. Volunteers and advisors may be eligible to receive travel expenses if they can provide valid proof of travel, such as tickets and related documentation.

3. Student Guidelines

a. Every student associated with The Samajh will be assigned a unique roll number upon joining our portal. By accepting these terms, students agree to abide by the following guidelines.
b. Students are not permitted to bring any harmful objects, chemicals, or items into our training premises.
c. Consumption of alcohol, chewable substances, drinks, or eatables is strictly prohibited within our office premises.
d. Students who arrive more than 20 minutes late will be marked as absent for the day.
e. Parents can monitor their child's progress directly through our portal or mobile application.
f. The Samajh does not guarantee the academic performance, career outcomes, or behavior of students outside our office premises.

4. Beneficiary Rights

a. If an individual's rights are violated, they may seek assistance from The Samajh by completing a complaint form on our mobile application or web portal.
b. The Samajh is not liable for any monetary or property losses incurred by beneficiaries.
c. While we will make every effort to resolve issues, we do not guarantee specific solutions.

5. Miscellaneous

a. The Samajh reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
b. We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms and conditions.
c. The Samajh and its logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
